A simple foundation can also be a powerful foundation! The sequencing in this video provides a foundation upon which many more challenging exercises can be layered. Instead of going back and "fixing" things, why not build solidly from the ground up? ...or, in this case, from the skeletal system and out!

Notes: feel free to move along with the video as you watch it. you can build on your awareness each time you return to the video. try 4-8 slides each leg in each direction. once you're familiar with the movement, you can just use the video as a guide to create a focus, one layer at a time: alignment of knee, alignment of torso, energizing both legs, awareness of outer rotators, etc. Take your time and just enjoy the process of building a simple yet strong foundation! ~Jeni
