dedication week 3

Sometimes we feel tension and lack of mobility in our hips due to tightness in our legs, particularly stemming from the quadriceps and psoas muscle groups. These stretches address that issue as well as releasing tension in the low back and neck. Please watch the full video to see the modified versions of the stretches as well!
