On the move...

dear friends, i finally regained most of my voice so that i could start my video blog dedications:)  i've had several people mention to me that they have unusually tight hips.  in deciding what to share for the first of a series of hip opening exercises, i thought that it would be useful to not only give you something that will help open the hips but will also strengthen the pelvic floor.  i've been specifically thinking of several friends and family members who are moms-to-be and who may not only need hip opening exercises but pelvic floor strengthening work as well! this week's dedication is inspired by my friend jax...love, jeni

Enjoy!

  1. Jeni,

Are you on the ball for this one because I can't quite see it? P. S. My hips are loose but are restricted because my thighs are tight? Any suggestions for that?

  2. I apologize for the late reply. My email had originally sent this message to the wrong folder! Yes, I'm on the ball for this one:) Seems that the lighting could be better next time! You bring up a very good point: hips can move as if they're "tight" due to tight thighs...Some people even move as if their pelvic and femur bones are fused bc of that tension. I will address this via the next video blog:) Stay tuned...

Thank you for checking in! lv, Jeni
